Staff was amazing with her and worked hard to give her the best experience. She is a veteran and they worked closely with us and the VA team to determine the best care for her. Would 100% recommend if you're looking for a place for your parent/loved one.

As someone who is familiar with many CBRFs/assisted living facilities, good and bad, I wanted to say how impressed I was! ALL staff, whether working the front office, leading activities, or cleaning, were extremely kind. It didn't seem that they were simply doing their jobs, but rather seemed like they truly CARED! There were many activities and the apartments were nice sized and homey.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience interacting with Mason Foth about producing a promotional video for Appleton Retirement Community! His enthusiasm in giving elderly a safe, inviting, and interactive life experience is infectious! If my Mom was still with us, this would be our top choice. I had a chance to interview the Administrator, Mason, Residents and their families, and several other key staff.  Clearly, they are focused on doing whatever they need to do to improve the quality of lives of their residents. Highly recommended!

 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Our father lived here for approximately 6 months before his recent passing. He was treated by staff like he was the only person their. He was at times a challenging resident and the  team there never waivered in their care for him.  I highly recommend to anyone looking for this level of care facility.  We worked mostly with McKenzie and Billy and they were amazing and caring and treated Dad like family. We cannot thank all the staff enough for making the final months of his life so comfortable!
