Scheduled Transportation
Residents can access scheduled transportation for group outings, such as shopping trips to local stores such as Walmart, Aldi, and grocery markets, outings, and more.
Mail Delivery
Mail is delivered directly to the community for the convenience of our residents.
Whirlpool Bath
A soothing whirlpool bath spa is available for relaxation and wellness needs.
Daily Life Enrichment Activities
Social, recreational, and wellness activities are offered daily — from fitness classes to entertainment and group outings.
Onsite Banking
Community First Credit Union provides onsite banking every Wednesday, 8:30 a.m.–noon.
Foot Care & Podiatry Services
Valley VNA offers a monthly foot care clinic, and Preferred Podiatry visits every 70 days.
Hair Salon Services
Haircuts, styling, color services, and perms, are available on-site twice a week.
Therapy Support
Residents can receive physical, occupational, and speech therapy from the home-health provider of their choice.

Are guests or family members allowed to dine with residents?
Yes. Family and friends are welcome to join residents for meals with advance notice.
Are utilities, cable, and Wi-Fi included in the monthly rate?
Wi-Fi is included for all residents, along with utilities and cable TV. Our team can explain what’s included during your tour.
Can residents keep their own cars if they wish?
Yes. Heated underground parking allows residents to keep their own vehicles on site.
Does Appleton Retirement Community offer transportation for appointments and errands?
Yes. Scheduled transportation is available for group shopping trips, local errands, and outings. We are not able to accommodate individual transportation needs.
Is housekeeping included for residents?
Yes. Housekeeping services are provided to help residents enjoy a clean, comfortable home without the work.
Is salon or grooming service available on site?
Yes. Our on-site salon offers haircuts, styling, color services, and perms. Our Assisted Living residents also receive support in bathing, dressing, and grooming.
Is banking available onsite?
Yes. Community First Credit Union provides onsite banking services every Wednesday morning.
What specialized healthcare services visit the community?
Residents can access onsite foot care clinics, podiatry visits, therapy services, hospice support, and other providers as needed.
Do residents have access to technology and entertainment spaces?
Yes. Free Wi-Fi, large-screen TVs, a movie theater, library, activity lounges are available to all residents.
